Update about the various invoices and certificates that are needed for some of you.
Please make your eventual requests before 20 September.
- Congress registration invoices:
Upon payment on the registration site (http://ifac2017.gipco-adns.com/) all delegates have received by email an invoice mentioning the paid fees.
Some delegates need a more detailed and formal invoice. These invoices are generated manually by the CNRS administration, which is the structure handling the Congress finances. To request such an invoice please send an email to email@example.com. Do not expect an immediate response. Invoices are processed gradually and the team is doing its best to satisfy special requests. Two weeks is the estimated processing time.
- Hotel booking invoices:
For those having booked their hotel using the IFAC2017 dedicated booking web service. It is not an IFAC2017 internal service. It is handled and organized by a partner. For any request such as invoice requests, please contact Maya POUJOL.
- Attendance certificates:
All Congress Badges had on them an attendance certificate.
The registration team may nevertheless produce more formal attendance certificates if needed. To request such certificate please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Presentation certificates:
All session Chairs have filled reports about presented papers. This allows if needed to produce manually certificates of presentation. To request such certificate please send an email to email@example.com.
- Volunteer certificates:
All young colleagues having served as volunteers for IFAC2017 will receive by the end of this summer a certificate for their involvement. Thank you again for your kind help.
