The International Program Committee works hard to finalize the reviewing/selection process. Most of the work has been done. Associate Editors and Technical Associate Editors have finalized the evaluation of each contribution. Nevertheless, acceptance/rejection notifications may not be ready for the initial date of 20 February 2017. The notifications are postponed to 24 February.</p> <p>Update on 24 February: decisions are almost ready but some last cross check should be done.
