14 July is day off for most French people and because of that there will be a lot of traffic. Therefore to make the transportation simpler and faster, it is organized as follows:

Dear Congress Delegates,

As General Chair please accept my apologies for the difficulties that were encountered yesterday. Thank you for reporting the technical issues that have occurred with connection to the beamer projectors or screens. We also acknowledge your difficulties concerning the small size of some session rooms compared to the audience willing to attend. The Congress organization team is doing its best to improve the situation. Some additional technicians will be on site tomorrow.

The Welcome Desk of the World Congress operates at the Congress Center at the following hours

• Saturday 8 July: 8:00-18:00
• Sunday 9 July: 8:00-20:00
• Monday 10 through Wednesday 12 July: 8:00-19:00
• Thursday 13 July: 8:00-18:00
• Friday 14 July: 8:00-16:00

Bring your voucher with you when you arrive for the first time, and have an ID (passport for example). ID is requested to get your Congress Badge. Accompanying persons should also come themselves to fetch their Congress Badge and present an ID.

Dear IFAC 2017 delegates,

Registration vouchers have been sent to all delegates. It seems that these contain some errors. Please be so kind to inform us at registration@ifac2017.org if it is the case for you. The team will compile your inputs and figure out the reasons of the mistakes in order to elaborate the appropriate solutions. Many thanks in advance for your kind cooperation.

Oral podium presentations are held in rooms equipped with either with a beamer with 16/9 screen proportions and 1920x1080 resolution or a 80 inches wide 16/9 TV screen. Both VGA and HDMI-DVI connections are provided. Interactive oral sessions are such that each author is allocated to a stand consisting of a 46 inches wide TV screen and a small table. Screens have 16/9 proportions and 1920x1080 resolution. Both VGA and HDMI-DVI connections are provided.
